Prem and anjali were identical twins. They have a great bond. They understand each other really well. They live with their mom, rupa. Rupa is a single woman, her husband left her years ago.
They were stuck in their house, due to virus spreading in our locality so lockdown was imposed. They have no problem with money as they were upper middle class. Rupa was taking total care of household works and Anjali was helping her to continuous scoldings from her Mother, But Prem did nothing and enjoyed simple by passing time by playing games in mobile.
One day after having breakfast, both prem and anjali are playing chess in their room. They made a deal too. That lesser has to do whatever the winner asked them to do.
It was a close game and at last anjali wins it. Anjali started to think about the deal. She wants to do something crazy and wants to tease prem. She got an idea. She looked at prem with a wicked smile on her face.
Anjali - The punishment is, you have to be my sister till the end of the lock down.
Prem didn't understand at first, but when he did what she meant he immediately said no with hurriable face.
Anjali - Prem, we have made a deal. You always says that men never step back on their promise.
Prem has nothing to say. While he was thinking, anjali handed him a hair removal cream and asked him to take a bath after clean shave his bread and mustache. with no option left he went to take bath. meanwhile Anjali opened her wardrobe excitingly. She is searching her whole warbrobe to find what to make him wear. By seeing Saree Don't worry prem, I will make it slow. But I guarantee that i definatly make you wear a saree once in your life. After seeing all she made a plan that chididar then lehenga then half saree and at last saree.
She took Green colour Chudidar set and placed on bed with matching inners set. After some time Prem came out from bathroom by taking his time. Anjali was happy to see Prem with no body hair and facial her. He was looking exactly like her. After all inception Anjali handed Pantie to Prem to wear. By seeing that Prem got anger.
Anjali - What happen, cut your act as you are gonna wear chudidar and now wearing these inner there will be no difference and you can't wear ladies clothes without proper inners.
Prem took those from her hand and started to change into them. He wear pantie like his boxers then he inserted his hands into sleeves of bra and was try hard to hook it at his back. By seeing his stragule Anjali helped him with a smile and said you have to learn it as yo gonna wear them daily. So she made him to learn after some tips and pratice he can hook it on his own. Then Anjali stuffed bra cups with cotton balls later she helped him to wear and adjust his chudidar. Anjali dressed him really well. Then she started to do his hair and make up. Prem has a long hair. As long as anjali's hair. But Prem never allowed anyone to touch his Hair. But today, he can't stop it. After doing his hair, she did his make up. She was happy. She wanted a sister to have all this fun and now she has it. But Prem was sad. Then she folded dupatta of that chudidar and pinned on his right shoulder.
Then Anjali took Prem trousers change into them and made her hairstyle like Prem how he manage before. Then they both stood infront of mirror. They were shocked because if anyone saw both of them like they think Prem as Anjali and Anjali as Prem. Anjali saw Prem he was sad.
Anjali - oh don't worry prem. You will get used to it and you will feel normal within hours. To cheer him She teased him for a while After a while he feel easy, but again he become nervous when Anjali said it was time for lunch. he doesn't know how his mom would react. But Anjali confronted him and took Prem towards dinning table.
When Rupa saw both of them she become happy to see Anjali in Chudidar because Anjali always says she was modern girl and never into these traditional clothes and observe little difference in Prem, but she raised nothing about it as she can't say what was that. Rupa complimented Anjali that she was looking beautiful in chudidar Prem felt shy and looked down. Here for Rupa Prem was Anjali and Anjali was Prem. She order Prem and Anjali to sit and have lunch. Rupa was very happy to see anjali in chudidar after a long time. After some time Anjali (who was now Prem for Rupa) asked her mother for curd that is when Rupa got to know what was happening there.
Rupa (in anger) - Prem why are you dressed in chudidar and Anjali why are you in Prem cloths what was happening in this house.
Anjali said to Rupa that Prem will explain. Prem don't know what to speak. So in fear he said whole story to his mother Rupa. When Rupa heard whole story she got angry on Anjali.
By seeing rupa's anger Anjali took Rupa a side and said Mom please be cool. I want sister and you want a daughter to help you in household chores more precisoly you want traditional daughter who wear what you want, These two will not be happen as i dont like then. So now you can treat Prem as your traditional daughter Prema, See how he was looking beautiful in that chudidar. If you are ok then you will get your traditional daughter and I will get a lovely sister Upto end of Lockdown.
Rupa started to think. Anjali came back and continued her lunch. Prem was in his thought what Anjali said to mother. After some time Rupa come near them and she to started to have her lunch.
Prem(in his mind meanwhile) - i think mom was scolding Anjali to take her bet back. i want that to happen but was a men of words. I will be happy If mom make Anjali take her bet back if not i have to do what anjali says till Lockdown ends.
By seeing him Rupa in angry said continue to eat your lunch we will talk after the lunch. After the lunch
Rupa - Prema clean the dinning table and take all false plates to kitchen and wash them.
Prem (in dilemma) - mom I was your son Prem not Prema and by wearing these dress I can't become your daughter. She was your daughter say her to do what you want.
Rupa - I don't care what you think but I as are wear her clothes you will be my daughter Prema and as Anjali was wearing boy colthes she will be my son Anji.
Prem - but mom...... (Prem wants to talk but Rupa stopped him)
Rupa - no more but's continue your work after the completion of your work come near me.
With no option left Prema started to do as Rupa says. While she was doing her work she observe Anji was smiling by seeing her. Prema has zero knowledge in household chores so she was straggling a lot to wash utensils at some point's she spilt some water on her cloths so her cloths become wet.
After lot of struggles Prema completed her work and went near her mom. When Rupa saw Prema in wet cloths she become very angry and started to scold her, you are grown girl and now you can't even wash utensils without splitting water on your dress, oh! God why you give this kind of daughter to me she cant even wash properly how can I marry my daughter to good groom if she can't learn to do a single work properly.
Prema mind was blow way by listening the words marriage and groom. Rupa order Prema to change the dress and come. Prema was happy finally Rupa allowed her to change into pant and shirt. But her happiness was not lasted for long. Rupa order Anji to ready Prema in another chudidar and she handed Anji a box and order her to make Prema wear them. Anji was happy but controlled his happiness. He took another chudidar from wardrobe and handed it to Prema. Prema started to remove his dress but it was too tight. After some struggle she remove her top then pant. Then Anji Opened the box his mom give her. It contains breast froms which were used by their late grandmother as she suffered from Breast cancer Doctor advised my grandmother to remove her breast and can have artifical breast forms instead. Now those Breastfroms came into handy. Anji fixed those brestfroms on Prema chest with special glue. Prema started to feel weight and feel likes someone was pulling her down. Then Anji ordered Prema to wear bra she did as he said. Prema feel easy with the support of bra the weight of her breast was reduced. Then Prema wear chudidar that chudidar was even tighter then previous. Prema complaint it to Anji. He checked the tightness and said that the fitted of this dress was correct and yes you can feel that differnet because of these he said by pointing towards her breastfrom.
Then Anji started to do Prema makeup and Prema was in her thoughts. After some time Prema asked Anji that I have one doubt that Why you were making me wear this Chudidar as I can wear unisex cloths or atleast western dresses like tops and pant. Anji said those are dresses which I can't share with other and these are the only dresses which I don't use at any cost. By thinking for sometime Anji said if you feel uneasy in this dress then you can wear this Anji said by showing lehenga. It will be free for you when compare to chudidar. Prema was felt it was more girly when compare to chudidar because chudidar has pant which can feel like wearing his pant at some point.
When Prema was in thought Anji added bangles to Prema hand, but Prema didn't mind and then put anklets which has lots of bells. After that Anji said completed. What is when he came to his sences. So Anji and Prema started to move out together. Prema heared sound of anklets but he think it was from Anji. She got dout but continue to move near her mom Rupa. When Rupa saw Prema she was happy to see Prema in bangles. Rupa also listen sounds of anklets so she checked Anji foot he was not wearing so She understood Prema was wearing anklets too. Rupa took Prema face into her hands and kissed on her forehead. That is when Rupa saw empty forehead of Prema. Rupa took one bindi sticker from her makeup kit and stick on Prema forehead between her eyebrows And said you are not allowed to be Remove this bindi on your forehead or these bangles and anklets you were allowed to remove bangle only while you goes to sleep and have to wear after woke up. Prema was shocked to find her hand with bangles and legs with anklets. Rupa took Prema into kitchen and started to train her in different works and said what were her tasks to complete daily. Rupa give training to Prema and at last Rupa order Anji to help Prema to learn makeup and how to dress herself but Prema I warm you that after one week you have to get ready and do your makeup with your own hands without any one help. Anji or me will guide you on special moments. Is that ok if not I will make you wear perminent makeup on your face after that you cant remove it if want and then after the lockdown over you cant look like a men again.
Prema know about her mother Rupa how she will keep her words. Every day Anji started to train Prema to know difference in various cloths and there uses and when they are used, also the makeup how to do her makeup, to match her dress, to match the occasion, and to look elegantly. In meantime Rupa continued to train Prema to make ideal daughter in law which Rupa wants to train her daughter from long time. Rupa also give tips to Prema while she make any worng move, how to handle different situation, etc. Slowly Prema started to adjust to her new role. One week has completed but Anji helps Prema to do makeup. Rupa didn't know about this. So Anji continue to help Prema. One fine day Rupa came to Prema room when Anji was helping Prema in her makeup. By seeing Anji helping Prema in her makeup Rupa left from their without a single word. After finishing makeup Prema went to kitchen to help her mom but their Prema saw her mom Rupa was heating a needle on fire.
Anjali - Mom why are you heating the needle now?
Rupa - Prema close your eyes and don't open your eyes until I say to.
Prema closed her eyes then Rupa marked Anjali ears and nose with marker and then took that hot needle and pierced Prema left nostril. Prema started to shout with pain but she didn't open her eyes. Anji came to kitchen by listening to Prema voice. By seeing needle in Rupa hand and piercing on Prema nose Anji got to know what has happed. Rupa said Prema to open your eyes. Prema was in tears her nose was paining like a fire.
Anji - Mom why are you doing this to Prema. she was a boy how can he show his face after this.
Rupa - What you refered Prema now. Is Prema a boy name or girl? And yes she was my daughter I can do what I want.
Anji - Mom please come to sences she was your son Prem yes now because of bet she become Prema it means she was not your real daughter.
Rupa - so who was my real daughter?
Anji - I was your real daughter.
Rupa - Then pierce your nose and obey my order by dressing in traditional dress by saying good bye to western dresses. When came to bet it was upto you two.
Anji become silent by listening to her mother Rupa words.

Prema happily went to her room and took his shirt and pant. When she removed her cloths Anjali remaindes he still have breast forms so he didn't removed his bra and then wore pant and shirt. At same time Anji wear her clothes back in another room.

Anjali - mom it was impossible to see me in saree or half saree daily even in chudidar. I hate them to wear.
Rupa - Then solvent was not with me.
There was a heat conservation between Anjali and her mother Rupa. Prem who was over hearing there conversation closed his room door. After about 10-15 minutes he opened his room door and went to kitchen where Anjali and Rupa was fighting with words.
Prem - Mom please stop I am ok to do what you said.
When Anjali saw Prem she shocked by seeing Prem again in chudidar.
Anjali - Prem why you wore this chudidar again, please go and remove immediately. I did a big mistake by giving you this task to you. Now please don't make me regret.
Prem - Anjali my lovely sister I was doing this on my own will. You know that lockdown will end in 7 days. Our bet was upto lockdown end. I was a men of words i will keep it so I will be Prema your sister upto end of Lockdown and you can be Anjali or Anji what you want.
Anjali with happiness hugged Prema and said I love you my beautiful sister. Prema took Anjali head in his hands and kissed on her forehead.
Rupa - have you completed your drama?
Prem (From now Prema) - Mom I am Prema your daughter and you make me do what yo want till lockdown end. Anjali will not do anything you want.
Rupa want to her room and bought one box to kitchen. Rupa took one small nose stud from that box. Rupa order Anjali to put it in Prema nose. Anjali was reluctant to do. Prema took that nose stud from Anjali and with heavy heart Prema put that nose stud in her nose. She got water in her eyes but keep smile in her face.
Rupa again started to heat that needle
Anjali - Mom now why you are heating that needle again?
Rupa - To pierce her each ear with two holes.
Anjali - Having one is more but you went to make two in each ears.
Rupa - If you don't want to me to pierce then you have to pierce your nose so that i will agree for one on each otherwise two for each. Decision is your now what I have to do.
Prema - Mom I have no objections to have two holes in each ear, there will be no difference if i have one or two while having nose pierecing
Rupa marked Prema ears and made Anjali to hold Prema ear stiff to pierce. After piercing Rupa give golden jhumaks set and pair of studs which can go with second piercing to Anjali, but Prema took them wore them with her own hands due to lack of experience Prema faced lot of struggle to scrow them.
By seeing her brother suffer Anjali eyes started to fill with water. When Prema saw water in Anjali eyes she cleared her water from her eyes and said don't cry I was doing on my will. If you cry I feel sad. please smile. Anjali started to smile
Rupa - Stop your emotional drama. Prema do break fast for every one.
Anjali - mom why Prema has to do?
Rupa - because I want my daughter to know how to manage in kitchen with her own hands without any one help.
Anjali - why mom she has helping hand and that was me, I will help her.
Rupa - shut your mouth Anjali and come along with me, If you want solution to remove her breastfroms then do as i say others wise forget about that. More over I don't want to hear any Complaint on my daughter when she want to her in-laws house.
Prema - Anjali you go I will take care
Anjali went out of kitchen as she has no words to say.
Rupa - Prema make Puri's to all with potato curry.
Prema - okay mom.
Rupa - do it fast.
By now Prema has got used to chudidar and it's dupatta due to anjali and Rupa training. Prema did roti's and curry very easily but when Prema moved her head in fast to take some thing those heavy jhumkas were pulling her newly pierced ear, which was causing lot with pain. After cooking Prema served Puri's to Rupa and Anjali after that she eat Puri's along but anjali give company to her while eating.
Anjali complimented Prema that Puri's were super and tasty. Prema just smiled. After they finish eating Prema cleared dinning table and washed false utensils. When Prema started to go to her room to take same rest but Rupa stopped prema and order her to wash cloths. Prema did that without saying any words. Rupa was waiting to find mistake in Prema work. But prema was doing her work without any flaw.
Rupa made Prema to do work without giving time to her to take rest. Prema was suffering from two pain one was from not having rest and other was pain from her new piercing. Anjali observed Prema's suffering and started to take care about piercing by applying ointment.
It was continued for a four days, Anjali wants lockdown to end but God was on Rupa side and he was playing his game on them. That day they heard Lockdown was extended for another two weeks so now Prema has to be there for another 17 days from now. It was heartbreaking for both Prema and Anjali but Rupa was happy.
Rupa - Prema are you ready for two more weeks.
Prema in low voice - Mom I was ready to do anything to keep my words.
Rupa - Say loud

Rupa - good, Anjali what about you.
Anjali was not able to speak as she was in heavy shock.

Rupa - ok, as the lockdown extended I went Prema to wear half saree daily with matching bangle along with pair of golden bangles, golden chain around her neck, stud in above hole of ear, matching jhumkas in below hole and this golden nose stud will be common I will change when I went.
Prema shake her head in approval.
Anjali - Prema please stop this, my heart was hurting like anything, you are a boy and you was not supposed to do this. I will do as mom said.
Prema took Anjali aside and asked Anjali to look into her eyes when Anjali made eye contact.
Prema - Anjali are you ready do whole heartedly.

Anjali was happy atleast she can give company to prema.
On that day Rupa has started to arrange for some Pooja in her house for tomorrow. Anjali and Prema wants to know but Rupa didn't give them any clues. That day has completed Prema did all the household chores by helping her mother Rupa.
Next day Rupa made Prema to wokeup early in the morning and made Prema to take head bath with soap nut for hair and turmeric paste for body. After the completion to bath Rupa made Prema to wear bra panty and tied towel around her breast. Then Rupa ordered Prema to wait till she come. Rupa want to her room and changed her saree as her saree become wet and came to Prema room. Anjali was watching the both as she was in same room of Prema. When Rupa came to their room scolded Anjali to get ready fast. Anjali went to bathroom as her mom order. Then Rupa made Prema to sit on chair near dressing table. And started to do makeup from foundation to lipstick. After the makeup Rupa took half saree which was taken for Anjali for her puberty function. But Anjali didn't allow Rupa to put that half saree on that day.
Rupa took matching petticoat to skirt and tied tightly. Then green colour blouse which has opening and deep cut at back. Then came the skirt which was tied tightly then petticoat. When Prema compliant about it. Rupa said it has to be like that so it will not loose when you walk. Then Rupa arrange Rose colour voni in normal half saree style. Now it's time for jewelry Rupa made Prema to wear every ornament which a girl can wear from maang tikka to anklets.
Anjali come from her bath by wearing bra and panty along with towel on her breast. Anjali eye become freeze by seeing Prema dolled up in her half saree. Anjali now get ready fast and come to living room said Rupa to anajli. Rupa took Prema to living room by holding Prema hand and made her sit on bamboo mat which spread on floor. Near that mat Rupa arranged Pooja mandap and so she made Prema to do some Pooja. When Prema started to do Pooja Anjali came form her room in tank top and skirt. Anjali came to know what was going on. Prema was doing Pooja which was done by a girl on her puberty day. Anjali wants to stop Prema from doing Pooja. But Prema didn't listen to Anjali and continue to obey Rupa words. After the Pooja complete Rupa made Prema to sit there for some time.
Anjali - why did you do this Prema?
Prema - Don't be serious Anjali I know what I was doing and by making Pooja i can't become a girl. I know who I was.
Anjali - please be serious Prema.
Prema - yes I was serious. Please leave this matter now and say how am I in this half saree.
Anjali - looking like a heroine one thing was missing Prema.

Anjali took kajal form her eyelid and put a dot behind Prema left ear. Prema started to bluss. Anjali started to tease Prema. They enjoyed their time like two sisters. Rupa took a plate containing breakfast to Prema from kitchen and give to Prema. Prema started to eat. While Rupa took another two plate one for Anjali and other for herself.
After finishing their breakfast Rupa give harati to Prema and made Prema to getup. When Prema went to kitchen to help Rupa. Rupa made Prema to stop and said and enjoy your day from tomorrow you can continue your work. After that Anjali made Prema to pose for photos like a girl and took photos on her iPhone. After the photoshoot Anjali and Prema enjoy their time like two sisters.
Day has passed with joy. Prema was happy to see Anjali happiness on that day. While Prema was going for sleep Rupa said to remove half saree and wear chudidar to sleep. While on bed Prema was thinking about future what God has written in her fate. Next day Prema woke up early in the morning before her mother and Anjali wokeup and started to broom whole house and the put wet cloth after that Prema cleaned kitchen and wash utensils which were used in night. After finishing her daily routine Prema took bath and came out of bathroom by towel around her chest. Then she took pair to inners bra and pantie. Prema was now pro to wear bra and she did in seconds then she took one half saree from her wardrobe. Rupa made to remove Prem clothes from his wardrobe and arranged all chudidar, half sarees, and saree of Anjali in Prema wardrobe along with matching inners. Anjali give her some of her old and new inners to Prema to wear. Then Prema wear petticoat tie tightly as she can, then blouse then skirt and then voni. Prema wear half saree and get readied on her own in just 15 minutes as her mom ordered with any one help. she know that in this world no one can get ready that much fast but Prema did more like a pro.
Anjali observed this while she was on her bed. When Prema saw Anjali has woke up from her sleep. Prema started to feel shy to face Anjali and went out by running like a girl with shy. Anjali was happy to see her beautiful sister but sad as her brother was turning into sister. Then Anjali did her daily chores and took bath. When Anjali came out after her bath she started to search for cloths and took kurti along with jeans pant and her inners. After some minimal makeup Anjali went to kitchen to help Prema.
Anjali greeted prema good morning and Prema said good morning and continue her work. Anjali was seeing Prema who she transform from Prem to Prema a lazy boy to grown girl. Anjali helped Prema in breakfast after some time Rupa come into living room and order for tea. Prema took tea for Rupa in less then a minute as she guess that and put tea before Rupa ask. Rupa was happy to see Prema in half saree and well dolled up as she said. When Prema went near Rupa to serve coffee Rupa said to put the cup on table near her when Prema kept that cup on table. Rupa took Prema near her and inspected Prema and find her skrit was tied loosely. So Rupa made Prema to undo that after that said perfect.Prema went to kitchen after that. Their was no difference in the tasks which have to perform by Prema daily. But only difference is that she got company Anjali to chit chat while working. Rupa made Anjali to do less work so Anjali decided to talk to Prema while she was working and give tips to her to protect from Rupa. Slowly Anjali started to chat with Prema about girly stuffs which Anjali wants from long. Prema got used to Anjali talks and she started to share her opinion on which Anjali asked. Slowly their bond between them was becoming more like a sisters.
Days were passing and in four days lockdown will end. Anjali was praying to God to end this lockdown without any extension but God didn't hear her prayers. Government has extended lockdown for another one month with special condition. Then one person was allowed out to get groceries and other requirements from market on a day in a week. No events and no group gathering are allowed. The age group between 18-45 were only allowed out.
This news was another heartbreaking for both the sisters.
Rupa- so government has declared happy news for me to have my daughter Prema for another month.
Prema in sad tone - yes mom, you can have me for another month
Rupa - now listen Prema you will take care of house and Anjali you take care about outside requirements.
Anjali and Prema said ok to their mom at a time.

Prema went along with Rupa to Prema room. Their Rupa took one slik saree from Prema wardrobe. In meantime Prema removed her half saree and waiting for her mom in bra and pantie. Then Rupa give blouse and petticoat to Prema to wear. Prema wear blouse and then petticoat. Prema got used to this tightness of petticoat around her waist. Then Rupa started to tie saree around Prema by explaining every steps to Prema. After she completed for one time she ask Prema to redo it. Prema took saree very carefully and started to tie but she struggle to make saree pleats. Rupa showed one more time and made Prema to practice several times. When Prema wear saree without any flaws for three times continuously Rupa appreciated Prema and said that my daughter was a fast learning and you have learned how to a wear saree faster than me.
After that Prema started to remove saree but Rupa stopped Prema and said don't remove your saree and continue to be in it as you have to get used to it. While walking Prema feel that saree was stopping her to walk fast and making her to feel hard as her saree pleats was coming between her legs when she started to move. Rupa know what Prema was feeling so she give her mother's tips to Prema. Like lifting saree pleats little high when to walk fast and etc With those tips Prema started to feel happy.
Anjali didn't made any comments on what was happening as she know she can't win with her words. But Anjali complemented Prema on her looks. Prema was hearing all this but didn’t say any word against her mom. Them parlour lady ask prema to fallow her and he did follow her and she made Prema to sit on chair where the beauty treatments takes place. Parlour staff started to do their work on Prema.

It was the time when Rupa came back from jewellery shop after buying new requirements for Prema. Rupa gives some small jewellery box to staff and went out to lobby. Now they took nose ring from box which was similar to the ring which she wear in left nostril. Then they started with hair treatment by washing and nourishing the roots after that they made in very girly style. In mean while some other staff also did her manicure, pedicure, nail arts, and other. At last came the main task belly piercing they pierced her upper lip of her belly and then opened last box which Rupa took in that box it has belly ring which has three butterfly design shape hand one below the other. Staff clipped that on Prema belly. Here one important is that Rupa has small key by using that key only one can remove that belly ring.
After all that beauty parlour staff took some pics of Prema for their catalog and they didn’t charge anything from them. After that they reached their home. Anjali saw Prema's new look and started to make compliment but after some time Anjali got her sences that Prema was not her sister to apprise but Prem her brother.
